Position

We are looking for a Content Writer / Manager who will be responsible for (a) creating new content individually and (b) coordinating with external writers for additional content creation.

There is a career growth path into Marketing or Sales.

Responsibilities

• Understand the product and services marketed under OneForce and SmartLeads brands and their target audience.
• Develop a content plan covering all channels of content distribution across website, blogs, knowledgebase, digital media, press releases, social media posts, and other.
• Establish content calendar (video, text, audio) and manage the workflow of information capture, content creation, coordination with external writers, publishing of the content.
• Interview company leadership to gain firsthand perspective on different topics and write articles, whitepapers, best practices guides, and shorter posts.
• Convert video content created by the company leadership into written content such as transcripts and articles.
• Break available content into short form texts for social media.
• Search the Internet and other publicly available sources for content examples, competitor publications.
• Align with SEO best practices in content creation, maintain a list of important keywords.
• Oversee content distribution in external publications and press announcements as well as company online resources such as website and social media channels.

Requirements

• Strong writing skills in English with ability to outline strategic conceptual topics, create marketing content and collateral, adjust for social media tailored formats.
• Must have a marketing experience of working in technology, design, and consulting business with professional experience of 3-6 years.
• Prior experience of working in a marketing agency is a plus.
• Good design and project management skills.
• Good knowledge of the technology (software products) industry.
• Must have good analytical and research skills.
• Good to have domain knowledge of different industries.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheet).
